Our projects

From Workshops to Research: Tools for Social Change

We support NGOs and governments through training and research that promote inclusive, equity-driven strategies. Using ethnographic tools and intersectional frameworks, we strengthen project design, fundraising, and advocacy with context-sensitive methodologies.

Capacity Building in Fundraising and Project Design for Communities and NGOs

We train NGOs and community organizations in fundraising and project management to build sustainable, community-led projects. Through workshops and mentorship, we help teams navigate grants, plan budgets, and communicate impact.

Training and technical support for NGOs, governments, and community-based organizations to strengthen gender and diversity practice. Intersectional, context-sensitive frameworks provide practical tools to build inclusive workplaces, promote equity, and align institutional culture with decolonial principles.

Gender Analysis for Field Projects

We deliver tailored gender analyses for social and environmental programs, examining roles, power dynamics, and access to resources to strengthen project design, delivery, and MEL. Grounded in field-based insight, our approach centers underrepresented voices and helps partners build more equitable, effective interventions.

We provide NGOs and public programs with child- and adolescent-centered guidance on neurodivergence and experiences of violence or institutionalization. Grounded in child rights and trauma-informed practice, we deliver training, technical support, and practical materials to strengthen protective environments.

Participatory Approaches with Indigenous and Traditional Communities

Extensive experience with NGO projects alongside Indigenous peoples and traditional communities across Latin America, grounded in participatory, intercultural, rights-based approaches. Technical guidance includes inclusive program design, gender-and-territory analysis, and advocacy tools—built through trust, reciprocity, and long-term collaboration.

Intercultural Program Development for Migrant and Refugee Inclusion

Specialized support for NGOs, public agencies, and local institutions to design migrant reception and integration programs, operational protocols, and targeted training. Intercultural, equity-based methodologies help assess existing systems, identify barriers, and implement inclusive, rights-aligned practices that ensure dignified and culturally responsive services.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for Social Projects

Anthropology-informed MEL that centers local knowledge and asks not only what works, but how and for whom. Participatory, culturally responsive frameworks combine ethnographic tools with qualitative and mixed methods to capture lived experience, power dynamics, and unintended effects—strengthening learning, ethical accountability, and adaptive practice.

We offer a range of training and research services designed to support NGOs, governments, and community-based organizations. Our gender and diversity training programs help teams build inclusive, equity-focused work cultures, using intersectional and decolonial frameworks to promote structural change. We also provide capacity-building workshops in project design and fundraising, combining ethnographic tools and accessible technologies to support strategic planning, proposal development, and long-term sustainability. In addition, we respond to specific research demands from social projects and local organizations—designing context-sensitive methodologies to generate knowledge that informs advocacy, policy, and impact-driven action.

Tools for social change

Capacity Building in Fundraising and Project Design

Our training programs in fundraising and project management are designed to strengthen the autonomy and strategic capacity of NGOs, grassroots initiatives, and community-based organizations. Combining ethnographic tools with accessible technologies, we support teams in identifying funding opportunities, understanding grant requirements, and developing adaptable, context-sensitive project proposals. Our methodology promotes a collective and intercultural approach to planning, budgeting, impact assessment, and storytelling—ensuring that each project reflects the realities, values, and priorities of the people it aims to serve. From in-person workshops to long-term mentorship, we offer tailored support to enhance institutional sustainability and amplify the voices of diverse communities in national and international funding landscapes.

Training in Gender and Equity for Organizations

We support NGOs, governments, and community-based organizations in strengthening their institutional approaches to gender and diversity. Our training programs help teams develop inclusive practices and critical awareness, using intersectional and context-sensitive frameworks tailored to their realities. These sessions foster collaborative learning and provide practical tools to promote equity, respectful work environments, and alignment with decolonial and intersectional principles.

Gender Analysis for Field Projects

In addition to training, we conduct gender analyses adapted to the specific needs of social and environmental projects. These assessments examine social roles, power dynamics, and access to resources across different groups, generating insights that inform project design, implementation, and evaluation. Our approach ensures that each intervention is contextually grounded and equity-oriented, reflecting the experiences of women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other groups whose voices are often underrepresented in decision-making spaces. By combining technical expertise with field-based knowledge, we support partners in creating more just and effective strategies.

Psychosocial Support, Informative Content, and Child Rights-Based Strategies for NGOs and Governments

We assist NGOs and government programs in developing inclusive strategies to support children and adolescents, especially in contexts involving neurodivergence—such as ADHD—and experiences of violence, neglect, or institutionalization. Grounded in child rights principles and interdisciplinary knowledge from anthropology, psychology, and education, our work promotes trauma-informed, participatory, and culturally sensitive approaches to care. In addition to training and technical support, we produce informative materials and reports that help institutions better understand the challenges children face and guide the development of evidence-based responses. Our goal is to strengthen protective environments and support professionals, caregivers, and communities in ensuring every child’s dignity, emotional well-being, and right to grow safely.

Participatory Approaches with Indigenous and Traditional Communities

We have extensive experience supporting projects developed in partnership with Indigenous peoples and traditional communities across Latin America. Our work is grounded in participatory, intercultural, and rights-based approaches that respect local knowledge, social structures, and territorial dynamics. We offer technical support for inclusive program design, gender and territory analysis, and advocacy tools aligned with each community’s priorities. Whether conducting field research or co-creating strategies, we prioritize trust-building, reciprocity, and long-term collaboration to ensure that every action reflects the values and realities of the people we serve.

Intercultural Program Development for Migrant and Refugee Inclusion

We support NGOs, public agencies, and local institutions in the development of structured programs, operational protocols, and targeted training aimed at enhancing the reception and integration of migrants from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Our work focuses on institutional capacity-building through the design of intercultural methodologies, equity-based service frameworks, and context-specific guidelines. We offer technical support in assessing existing systems, identifying structural barriers, and implementing inclusive practices aligned with international standards on human rights, anti-discrimination, and community participation. These interventions aim to strengthen local responses and ensure dignified, accessible, and culturally responsive services for displaced populations.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for Social Projects

Our MEL strategies are grounded in anthropological methods and a commitment to local knowledge, seeking to understand not only what works, but how and for whom. We support NGOs, governments, and community initiatives in building participatory and culturally responsive evaluation frameworks that reflect social complexity, power dynamics, and contextual realities. Combining ethnographic tools with qualitative and mixed methods, we generate insights that go beyond metrics—capturing the lived experiences, unintended consequences, and transformative potential of social programs. Our work strengthens institutional learning, ethical accountability, and adaptive practices rooted in dialogue with those most directly impacted.
