Aline Bonfá, Founder of Anthropology Insights
Aline Bonfá is a social scientist and anthropologist with extensive international experience in gender, human rights, and social research. She has worked across Latin America and Africa, supporting NGOs and research institutions in countries such as Brazil, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, and Kenya. Her work combines field research, policy analysis, and equity-focused strategies to support inclusive development. Aline has collaborated with global organizations like The Nature Conservancy and holds degrees in Social Sciences, Anthropology, and Project Management. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and holds dual nationality (Brazilian-Italian).


Sarah Ubiali, Co-founder of Anthropology Insights
Sarah Ubiali is a Brazilian multilingual psychologist with international experience in education, psychosocial support, and diversity-focused recruitment. Legally recognized to practice in Switzerland, she has worked in cross-cultural environments across Europe and Latin America, including public schools in Zürich and transnational initiatives supporting inclusive development. Her work bridges psychology, education, and equity, with a strong commitment to culturally responsive approaches in both institutional and grassroots contexts. Sarah is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese.
